Problem after problem. Parked it for a while. Got some time off this week. Working on it again.

MISSION SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED !! WHOO - HOO !!
Yup got over 200 HP at the crank. Estimated at crank is 235 HP and 195 FT LBS TQ.
The tune Neville Lush sent with the cams/pistons/valve springs kit was so spot on my dyno tuner Nels at 2 Wheel Dyno Works in Kirkland, WA. was very happy and complimentary of Neville's work. Nels was able to tweak it just a little and got an additional 5 hp and tq. So my dyno numbers to the ground came out as 199 HP and 169 TQ. Nels did a glory run that got a fraction more power but said the advanced timing to get it was not safe to maintain. So he set it back to Neville's timing and cleaned up the fueling for my intake and exhaust. With these final settings we got the power numbers as posted. The lower power number is from Nels dyno tune back in 2018 during the Northwest RAA. Back then I had just added the RamAir intake filter and had TORs exhaust.

Check out the video from Flatcap Cafe Racer.

I would like to improve my front brakes. I have already installed the EBC Double HH Sintered pads. Now I would like to install stronger calipers. Does Brembo make a caliper that fits straight away on the forks of a 2006 ?
