Steve, the surgery is the small part, the recuperation is the biggest part of this stage in your life. You HAVE to listen and stick to the regime of physio for the recovery. Failure to meet or exceed the the physio requirements will leave you regretting thingies... believe me, been there, done it, ...twice! Yep, they cocked the initial replacement and had to have it done again 8 weeks later !! What a complete knob of a surgeon!! He was going on holiday, an African Safari, the day after and rushed the whole episode... Life!!
Edit: It will only take 8 weeks for full mobility unless you slack at the physio...truth is in the results, haul yourself out and get moving, easier said than done but the results speak for them selves. Riding a bike...baby's piss !!Comment

I am now even more excited about the Spearfish Freedom Ride.
Today, I received confirmation from more riders. Our group riding out of Tacoma has now grown to 14 riders and motors with four more possibles.
Holding out hope that Idaho Red Rocket 3 and spouse can join us.
Also coming, although not with our group, are Smokit2 and RocketGirl.Comment

OK boys and girls, I have hit a slight snag.😆
I have the first two hotels, but everything in Cody has gone California fuck!
The Sunrise (not fancy) motel we stayed at last ride is now $200 a night for two beds on July 14th and 15th. 🤬
I'm down for this but suspect many of you are not.
Please let me know what you think and alternate suggestions always welcome!
