    Depends on your perspective Freddie. I can see an end of my riding seasons coming and I will NOT waste any part of whatever I have left. I'm scheduled for a knee replacement next month. I told the doc at my pre-op today that if this surgery is delayed, I will cancel because I'm not going to be disabled for this ride season.

      FYI - Here is the ride itinerary:

      Stay in Spearfish 3 nites (July 10th, 11th, 12th).
      July 13th to Red Lodge, MT, via Devils Tower, 1 nite (375 mi).
      July 14th to Cody, WY, via Beartooth Pass and Dead Indian Pass, 2 nites (113 mi).
      July 15th visit famous western and gun museum and wander Cody.
      July 16th everybody on their own.

      Our group will likely ride west through Yellowstone on the way home . . .
      I will soon come up with suggested hotels and share that information.
      I also have route info for the rides to Red Lodge and Cody if anyone is interested.
      Please share this itinerary with others who may be interested as I do not have everyone's email.

      I cannot seem to edit this spreadsheet, but I need to add 2 more peeps to the folks coming with me is now 5.
      Wow, it looks like we shall be 8 - 10 peeps riding out from Tacoma to Spearfish!
      I'm already getting stoked and there is still 6 months to go...😫

        My sister is managing the koa in Cody again this summer if anyone needs a camp/ cabin

                I don't remember that . . . and Sheridan was back the prior day ride between Spearfish and Red Lodge.
                Beartooth Hwy is after Red Lodge on way to Cody.
                That vid has a strange sound from your motor?

                  You are correct, i was wrong. The sound you hear was not the engine, it was the camera vibrating against the windshield, i figured it out after the ride

                I can't seem to make the spreadsheet work, but I have good news. I have 2 more peeps and 2 more motors coming with me.

                In addition, Idaho Red Rocket Bill, his Red Porche wife, Rocket Girl Christine, and Smokit2 Ray (aka Wilson) are possibilities.

                Being stoked for this ride is helping me to man-up for this Mondays knee replacement.

                  Good luck on that, Steve, everyone I know that did it was happy with the results. My 50+ lb weight loss is buying me a few more years it seems, before I have to do the same.

                    Even if I did lose 50 pounds like you (jealous) a compound knee fracture in 78, followed by 3 surgeries over the years since, have served much better than I deserved.

                    I understand, I had surgery on both knees before I was 30. The weight loss knee improvement was a completely unexpected benefit.

                    And people tell me they can tell it's me at a distance by my walk, I've learned to walk without bending my knees, it's a side to side rock and swing, but it works.

                    Got a call today. Four days out and the fucking chicken-shit anesthesiologist cancels the surgery!
                    Apparently the CDC wants eight weeks out from a patient having the cron. For me that will be the 28th.
                    three more Mondays to go . . . FUCK, and I had my face on as well.😣
