Anyone that takes time to sight the bad guy in takes a chance on being last to the punch. This is in a dark, close encounter home invasion type incident. Defending yourself in say a Mall you would have to be on sight 100% before you pull the trigger. If not bystanders could be impacted. Anyone that engages in an incident is asking for trouble. Use your skills and weapons to get out of trouble and hopefully help the innocent people around you without injuring anyone but the Puke. I know, easier said than done. Get CCW insurance also!! You will be sued if you get involved no doubt about that.
    And now in some more liberal states they are saying buying carry insurance is proof you are guilty
