He's not someone I would like to have a beer and he was a bloviator. However what he did for our country was in the correct direction. Much more so and way better than the previous 3 presidents.

Some friends and I decided a while back that having guns and ammo is one thing. Being in good enuff shape to mobilize is going to be of high importance also. I’ve let myself get purty fat o Er the past year n a half. So we’ve been going to the gym and only doing a mild amount of cardio but working more on lifting really heavy, with high volume mixed in. Big compound movements to work the largest muscle groups.
if feel much better now. At 58 it does hurt the lower back and knees, but there’s nothing like pushing a rack of plates for 10-12 x 5 sets.
