Dude I thought you would be retired by now? I'm not sure if I had it except I know I passed the test before the surgeon cut into me. Its been quite a while since I've seen anyone. Good luck to you all.
My daughter and her partner have both developed symptoms and were tested last Sunday. He tested positive and she negative ! Both have the cough, aches and pains, temperature, and complete lethargy. Not too bad but moaning like a pair of 6 year olds! Worst bit is, they both reside with us while saving for a mortgage deposit. Trying to stay away from them is a real pita! Only 6 more days to go!Last edited by Grumpy Old Codger; 01-09-2021, 07:34 PM.

Thanks Sparky, but yeah, like I'll get away with that! It's housework for me!!

Good on you for letting them stay with you. I love my kids but they are not living with me unless of an emergency, job loss, sick and so on. I'm not heartless but that's a choice and I'm retired so ....No!!

Agree with you all the way. Property is soooo bloody expensive here you have to try and help. You need 15% deposit and here in the south of UK your average price for a 2 bed house is £200k. Silly money. They have nearly 28k so far....not long now and then peace and quiet!!!
