No Terry I’ve had severe reconstructive on both knees. No running for me other than my head. Lift weights and ride the bicyclette, but my problem is calories in > calories out. You can’t out train a bad diet supplemented with whiskey. Life is short…

Wow I didn't know. I'm not a runner anymore either. I use the recumbent bike 4 days a week and hit the gym 3 days. If I didn't do these things I would be 300 lbs instead of 185. My whole side of the family is very big except for me. It's a battle and sweets is my kryptonite. Ice cream and cakes. I actually work out so I can eat what I want but age has it's limits. You're right Grumpy, a bad diet can put the brakes on any diet/workout regime. Cheers my friends.💪
