I rode back into the gold mining area today and saw a Chevron at $6.99 a gallon. I paid $6.20 in my area. Crime is going up in my area. people coming up from Sac to find gas but not wanting to pay for it so they punch gas tanks. Just the typical low life morons. They know nothing (and I seriously mean nothing) will happen to them. Half of California is on Parole or probation. Every time they get arrested their probation goes up a year but nothing happens. it's sickening.

They do it at night and have been hitting the town next to me but not here yet although I see more and more sketchy folks hanging out. The homeless population has worked it's way up the 30 miles from Sacramento on I-80. They leave filth where ever they are. The freeway looks like the border crossings with all of the waste. I have little sympathy for the ones I have seen but I know there are many that need psychiatric care. Drugs have destroyed their minds.
