Go watch the movie Crossroads. Our souls have been pledged to the devil by the supe'rich. These people don't just swim in their pools of gold but derive pleasure from the demise and suffering of the poor and have's not. Hug you children and dogs. Enjoy what is left. This is end of days stuff.

Why cancel the debt of the young and stronger mericans? Why not cancel all medial bills debt or all legal debt or all IRS debt. Cancel all mortgages, it's just bankers getting rich out of that. Hell... cancel all debt. While you are at it cancel all criminal sentences. Jails are expensive and promote crime anyway. Get rid of guns and violence will stop.

Yeahhhh we have a Republic, a broke, woke republic.

That's what 80 million want. PeReCh.

A very complex issue. The cost of a college education has skyrocketed, beyond inflation. I feel this was driven by government programs, student loans, free veterans education, it all sounded good, but it had the effect of making a college education no longer priced in a free market
Like the drug war, inflation, etc, the government proposes to fix the problem they created.
And I'm sure some here are into college football, another money sink, all students pay an " athletics fee" where my daughters attended.

The raise in the cost of college came as a result of ezzy money being lent to students with the lure of up-front loan deferral and relatively cheap interest rates. When the program went broke, the government bought it. Now it is another entitlement program/vote grabber tool. maximwaters, head of the finance committee in congress, did not know that the student debt program was a federal program and that the private sector had exit the student debt market long ago.

How many people remember that before the 70s, it was illegal to profit off healthcare?
