Just curious, but why sell 18 model and not 16?

Had the 18. Went thru divorce and sold it. Then bought the 16 in matte black like I wanted.

Interesting. I bought my 2012 new and repainted the Matte black ASAP. 😁
I found it hard to keep the matte new and clean looking. The Ford Tuxedo Black made me happy.

Outside of Auburn on Highway 49 headed south towards Placerville/ Coloma area. This is the Foresthill bridge Vin Diesel parachuted off of in the police chase scene in the Triple X movie. A stuntman did the jumping of course. I was lucky enough (on overtime) to be there when they filmed this part. The car he was in was just a shell with no engine but it was pretty cool. One take and that was it. As we important people in the film industry say, 'That's a wrap". about 20 miles south of this area is Coloma, Gold country where the gold rush started in that area. Old Hangtown (Placerville) is also a cool area around 30 plus miles south.

Love the ride on 49, between Grass Valley and Sonora!

Agreed. I need both panniers and a full backpack just for a two night adventure. Also you can't tell from the photo but there is a very slight upslope on the shoulder area. On my 14 Rocket I would jump off the bike with no problem. It had a good lean angle. On my 2020 Rocket I had to lean it to the left and it was teetering on the kickstand. it's way to upright on level ground much less an incline. I was waiting for it to slide back down the hill or overturn. Yikes!

I was up in Grass Valley 3 weeks ago. It's getting a little crowded but still a beautiful ride.

My first Rocket. It was a tad too small but fast none the less.
