    It’s time to stand up

How much longer? How much longer are we going to sit down and let these things happen? I know what I would have done had I been sitting in the stands that day, what would you have done?

how much longer until we say enough?

That’s disturbing. Think carefully about how you might respond in a similar situation, you might find yourself there one day, when I was younger I did. What I can tell you is if you interfere with an arrest and hang around cops are likely going to rain down on you from every direction and you will take a severe ass whipping before it’s over. Give them time to respond and you’re toast. There is no reason, or right and wrong in that moment, law enforcement is going to take control regardless of the circumstances, remember Kent State? Had I been there and chosen to intervene there would have been no conversation about it, I would have tried to quickly give the women some separation from the cop and the opportunity to get away, and quickly left myself, which I doubt she would have taken advantage of..I think she wanted to argue about it.

First off, I can't believe the cop arrested her. No cops I know of would have even cared. This came from a superior I'm sure. Most cops have an I don't give a fuck attitude about masks. Maybe the cop was a liberal so he sprung into action to save humanity😁. The girl on the other hand was probably asked a number of times to put her mask on and she refused. Now it's failure to obey a piece officers direction and the officer is in a bind. I think she knew what she was doing and there is much more to this story that will come out. If you know you have to wear a mask then wear it or don't go unless you're looking for trouble or the attention. Hell, just get away from the cop and take it off and sit away from the field but no, you wanted an altercation. If a cop is ordered to take action he has to take action. if a spoiled brat wants to disobey your order then face the consequences. As I said, this is not just a cut and dry bully cop helpless girl expressing her rights here. I think both sides are at fault. If sitting in the stands and not 6' apart is required to attend a football game that's probably based on letting people in the stands if they wear a mask and distance themselves. Everyone else was wearing a mask except the girl. The video starts at the aggressive/arrest part. What transpired before that? How many times did he ask her to put it on? Huuuummmmm😎

One more thing. This is what I was saying before about the police. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. I'm certain that in order to let people in the stands the agreement to have the football game and people in the stands was to wear masks. Ok, I'll do it if I can see my grand kids play and I'll wear a mask. If I don't wear it and a cop asked me to put it on I'll put it on. It's not that difficult. The friggin cops can't win. You noticed before the video came on in the ad Crying Chuck was drumming up business for the Democratic party. Now why would Chucky be on before the video of a cop arresting a poor citizen? Oh, showing us we should hate cops like Democrat's love to do. Cops can't win because now it has you hard core guys to the right pissed at the cops. Thank you Crying Chuck and Democratic party, well played.

                  Think on this -

If you have COVID - refuse to wear a mask - and cough on somebody who as result contracts COVID and dies. Is this not willful homicide?

If you go out into the world knowing that you are potentially surrounded and contract and die - Is this suicide?

Here - if a LEO receives a complaint from a CITIZEN of ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - they have to attend. Even if it transpires not to be.

                  I miss the old ways

                    No.
                    1) How can presenting someone with a statistical chance of possible death less than 5% or less be homicide?
Going through the early days if the HIV scare, HIV suspects that spit saliva, blood or transferred blood onto the skin of arresting police were charged with resisting arrest and reckless endangerment.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the cop (campus security) I’m mad about. It’s the Nazi brown shirt system we seem to now have fallen into

The root of the issue is the mandatory mask policy. Because of a public health issue normal law is suspended. This is the root of the problem. It has become clear that under the guise of public health new mandates are applied that have not been subject to the public vote. It is Brown Shirt first class.

Is there really a law on the book that forces us to wear masks? I doubt it.

I can't think of a single law I ever got to vote on.

And that is part of the problem. Be never had a legislator call me up for my opinion. Thought they were supposed to represent me? How could they if they never ask the constituency what they want.

I'll tell you an interesting story about where I live, there's about 1000 people in a little less than 100 square miles, I'd guess. As far as I know it's 100% white people, but the first 10 or 12 years I lived here, there was a black guy a couple miles down the road from me. He also happened to be my county legislator, elected 5 or 6 times on the Conservative Party line. He came around every year and knocked on my door,I assume everyone's door, and asked how he was doing, was I happy with how he did his job, did I have any concerns or complaints? Odd area, more like Yankee New England than typical NY. It's all white just because rural NY generally is, the fact of the matter is that most people prefer to live among their own kind, both blacks and whites. But if you keep your yard mowed and go to work every day, people don't care what color your skin is. My county was supposedly one of only 3 in the country that Ross Perot carried his first run. Personally, I voted for him both times. Very independent minded area, I think we also have the most registered Independents in NY, and also the highest percentage of farmland in NY.

Ross Perot was the only person in decades who I thought might actually make a difference.

This it what comes of voting in representatives who do not. Such are the marvels of the democratic system where politicians receive remuneration. It should be like Jury Service.
