I was in Rosarita Beach just south east of TJ in 1983ish staying in a hotel directly over the dance hall/entertainment area. I must have heard Mariachi music and "the eye of the Tiger (Spanish version) 50 times until 3AM. The girl I was with who was Hispanic kept me occupied so I didn't care. It was a good trip. The company makes the difference my friend.
