I remember having to attend a "sexual awareness course" when I worked for a US company.

After some discourse with the Euro HR (who was English) lady regarding regional acceptance of the idea, I gently asked if all EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa - for those who don't know) had to take the course.
"Yes" she said, they would be visiting all countries. "Good Luck in Saudi Arabia" I replied. A guy at the back roared with laughter - he was the Sr.VP (sales) for Saudi. The face of the US girl giving the presentation was a wonder to behold.
Oddly we (the Saudi and I) were excused further attendance.
