So, once again, the illegals get the best of both worlds in, for example, California. They get to influence public policy through their right to vote (assuming they have a drivers license) and they can decline that pesky task of jury duty because they are non citizens. Last year 449,163 Californians received a jury duty summons to which they declined, using the "I am not a citizen, therefore I cannot sit on a jury" provision.
The source for jury duty summons candidates is the VOTER REGISTRATION list. (You get on the voter registration list when you receive a drivers license!!)

Think about that for a minute , and then tell me there can be NO Voter Fraud. That number is almost half a million....just from California.
