To be honest it changes so often it's all a bit confusing. And I've sort of given up caring. imo we all SHOULD BE EXPOSED and live/die accordingly. Then the world can just get on with it.

The lockdown is different. There is now a CURFEW most places - here it's 00:00 to 06:00. The only excuse is work and you have to have documentation to prove it. AFAIC this is a plus as it's blissfully quiet at beddy-byes time. Daytime it's less restricted but cities are like islands - Serves the buggers right for living in cities.

Out here where I live we can blast about as we wish - and a facemask is less an issue when it's cold. But the missus has to cross into Madrid City and has a travel permit

A friend's mother who lives in Madrid tells us that this is worse than the civil war in the Franco years. At least then you could go out to play and stuff. She is late 80s and has been in her flat for eight months. She is getting psycho. I think you are right. Everyone is going to get the bug, like the common cold. Perhaps a vaccine will help some.
