    New cars

So my wife and I have replaced aging cars with new ones (2021 and 2023).

Both cars have had problems at low mileage.

Both vehicles are american. 1 ford and 1 gm.

Ive owned more vehicles than i can remember and have never had issues until mileage got up around 100k or so.

Has build quality just gone in the pooper since covid? Have they had to turn to other suppliers to get parts?

We are finding that the OEM replacement parts for Toyota are inferior to the parts installed at the factory. Door latches are not lining up correctly. These are actually American made parts too. Since Covid, EVERYTHING has gone to shit!!!

I no longer buy American. Too many woke companies. Not to mention foreign cars like Toyota and almost all the other Japanese ones except Nissan have far better build quality and longevity than American. Been that way for a long time. Sorry for your problems.

American made doesn't mean what it use to. American made are sadly more expensive albeit inferior at times. So there's the dilemma. Like Grumpy stated, WOKE companies use diversity and equity instead of equality and we are watching that travesty blow up in front of us. It gets worse and worse so they double down. Sad.😡 I need a Midol as my Vagina hurts.🌮
