    Expensive service.

So my second service for the one year annual is going to be $453.00 for an oil change and the shaking of other parts to see if they need tightening. $453.00! They also reminded me that since the rear brakes were done on a warranty issue the October 2022 service cold be done on the front brakes if I wanted for a mere $200.00 to $300.00 more. No thanks as after the warranty is up in December of this year they will never see me again unless it's a serous problem. It's ridiculous how expensive this shit is. I have a feeling they are going to try to set the service wrench for October as I'm not getting the front brakes done by them and also not at 1 year 10 months so I'm going to tell them not to set the service wrench till December. I bet they won't do it. These guys are really good guys but it's all about the Benjamins with them. They really screwed up this new Rocket with that damn service wrench.

Never took mine in for the "service up the ass". Do it yourself - does not void warranty - at least it didn't mine back in 2012.

I will after warranty but I have no way to turn the service light off but I will buy all the stuff to do that and educate myself when the warranty is up. The cycle shop I used for my 05 and 14 Rockets shut down. A COVID business casualty. He was cheap and good. My own fault I guess. I find a way.

I learned many years ago to pay everything up front. I paid a 'spontaneous' Maui trip off for two years on a credit card when I was 29. Never happened again. Everything I buy is cash except my house but that's been paid off for 10 years. I sleep a little better at night not worrying about bills.
