And my doctor. Moving permanently to Florida a week from today, I'm really going to miss the healthcare here, my dentist and doctor are both classic country practitioners. I lost a bridge last night, called my dentist at 8:00 am this morning , saw me at 9:30, cleaned everything up and reattached my bridge. $40, unbelievable. Last bridge he made me, 4 teeth, counting the two anchor teeth, $750. He doesn't accept insurance, says it's a scam, he's cheaper than other dentists with insurance. Lives in a normal country house similar to mine, not some gated cul de sac. Going to be hard to replace. From his office.

Mine is in the city, he don't use 4-wheelers, and I hope he has ALL the "good painless stuff"!

I am trying to hold off on my dental work until I have to go back to Panama to pick up my permanent residency visa. The work costs 65-75% less than here and most are American trained as are most Doctors. When I got cellulitis last time the Doctor visit was $15!!! $20 after 4pm...with no insurance. We are being fucked royally here for medical care.Comment

Nothing permanent Steve. For now will be going to the cool mountains for a month or two when Florida gets really hot n sticky. I got it to keep my options open should the asshat in the Whitehouse and company pull full socialism/communism off. I don't really want to go unless I absolutely have to. Better to have a plan and not need it than need a plan and not have it.

Lol, welcome to the forum. He and his wife don't have health insurance either, they deposit the equivalent cost in a medical savings account every month, and luckily they're healthy, so he's probably got a nice pileComment
