So i bought a rocket from California last month. And as I dont have time to fly over and ride back i had it shipped with a company the dealership recommended, haulbikes. Cost me $700 to have it shipped to Georgia and the bike was to be picked up by april 15th and delivered by april 30th.
Well the 15th came and went and they never showed. Eventually the dealer reached out and were told that one of their trucks broke down so theyd have to route another one. They finally picked the bike up on the 30th.
ive been calling them weekly to get an eta but they refuse to give one. It went from cali to las vegas where it sat while waiting to be assigned to a driver. Then from las vegas to ocala Florida where it currently sits waiting to be assigned to a driver. We are about 6 weeks out from when i bought the bike and almost a month since they picked the bike up yet i cant get an eta.
Im about fed up. Please never use this company if you need to ship a bike.
