I myself like having a thick skinned woman around, one that can take as much as she gives when it comes to standing up to uncouth guys like me. Sandy seems like she can hold her own with anyone on hear and maybe put a fair number of us to shame.

Two women I work with are ever bit as rough as the guys and I admit that it makes being around them much easier than constantly fearful of hurting someone's delicate mind. Tough girls rock in my mind. Though I will still endeavor to be nice as I get the idea she doesn't lose any fights...
