ID:	32092 A few months ago i ran across a badly neglected 2007 F650GS with 17k miles, the outside looked so bad that the former owner plasti dipped with a rattle can, it was left outside at the mercy of the weather, i bought it as a project, removed the pasti dip and found a black bike underneat, it was badly faded. All the bolts and the handle bars were rusted the head bearing was so bad that the bike just wanted to go straight, the brake fluid was as black as my thoughts and the wheels were starting to rust but hey, it had new tires!!
I got it all naked and took it apart, while i was getting the mechanical parts in working order, i sent the plastics to the paint shop, and i ordered a set of bolts from a donor 650. as i was taking parts off to either clean them or replace them, i was replacing the rusted bolts with the new used ones that i ordered. Everything went well and i had no extra parts.
What ya think?? Can i open my bike shop already??

All smart people eventually realize that BMWs are the best bikes, glad to see you've come around, my friend. A couple beauties.

Of course - when you're tired of real motorcycles - You end up with a BMW. ;-) That said - the "K" series seem to be near unbreakable. There was a time here that just about all commuters rode K75's and K100's.

I look at BMW when ever I'm at the dealer. Too much plastic and everything is an upgrade. I do like some of them and never say never as I could end up with one. Not as happy as I once was with my 2020 GT. It lacks the Soul my 2014 I had. I still kick myself for selling it. We shall see.

Well, for $500 even if is all plastic, this 1993 classic looks great, paint is mint, same owner since 2001 and before that, it was the original owner. Last adventure for it was in 2009 to Tacoma Washington. It has tons of recipts for service, repair and owner manuals etc. how could i say no? I have to say. That is a good looking Motorcycle. I have one motorcycle so maybe I'm a tad jealous.

Mr Mouse, the issue is that,,,,,, your only motorcycle is worth more than all my motorcycles put together
