Toro, the bike was lowered at the dealership via lower rear shock and the front was lowered an inch as well.
The seat is the low seat and now a person like me can be flat footed on it.
It is a 2020 750gs Adventure, was bought new 4 months ago as a leftover, it still has 2 years and 8 months left on the warranty and only 1100 miles i think.
has a bunch of extras and i am saving 5k over new

The older GS boxer configuration IMO is better.

That there Beemer is a goodun and not tall in the saddle. My cuz, Rudy (Co RAA) rides one now.
I sat one of those "lowered" GS Adventure 2 summers ago in CO. I was surprised the seat was about the same as Neida's Beemer :-} and I reckoned it about the same as my Roadster.

Boxer or 1200 like Chris has. The 600 and 750 are no bueno. Triumph makes a good adventure bike.

When you start looking at BMW ADV style bikes - you know you're getting old.

          2 points.

For long trips think hard about chains. It's not a huge issue, but you need to re-adjust your long distance head.
Service costs! - Some of the inline beemers have a really shitty hydraulic camchain tensioner. And the new replacements are occasionally faulty from day one - after several hours of labour!.

Both my roadsters sit at 30 inch with 12.5" rear shockies and the 240/55 stone rear tire.

I almost bought a gorgeous black one like that, but no cruise control was the deal breaker. And I never rode it, but I love the looks
