Eat this. Beyond meat made by Bill Gates. The goal is to end meat from the protein market in 10 years.

He's just the Soylent green type isn't he? If you read the nutritional profile of Beyond Meat the fat content is similar to that of a regular burger so whats the point...just eat a regular burger. Another sham perpetrated by corporate America. People are soooo stupid.

It’s not the fat Randy, it’s the soy. If men eat a lot of soy it increases estrogen/decreases testosterone resulting in the demasculinizing of the male so that we can all fly around like fairies 🥳

It is the fat as that is what I am trying to point out. Forget your soy statement for a moment which by the way is not correct. My point is/was Beyond meat is just another corporation deceiving the public for the bottom line. Most people right away will think as a plant based product, its better for you. Most people who buy plant based food do it because it has less or no fat. This company has virtually the same fat as regular meat. A good con job...nothing more.

And there are many more studies confirming this data.

Thanks for correcting me about the estrogen issue.

But it did confirm that large amounts are a problem:

Overall, the confusion about the health effects of soy appears to stem from studies citing high intake levels and the failure to differentiate between whole soy and processed soy foods. For example, in a review of studies showing that soy may decrease ovarian function, effects were seen when daily consumption exceeded 100 milligrams of soy isoflavones, or about four servings of unprocessed soy foods.[14] The study authors concluded “phytoestrogens at very high levels” may be problematic but moderate soy consumption “as part of a well-balanced diet” likely poses no risks

The theory is that cattle emits methane gas which is bad for the global warning scam. So do humans... we'r next. How about a funky virus??? over 2.25 million worldwide to date... goooone. But how about this CO2 scam. Coke emits CO2, so does been and champaign. All fermentation produces CO2. So do plants at night when there is no sunlight. Some CO2 is captured from fermentation to carbonate many of our drinks. Guess what... flat coke, flat beer. It's coming. BTW Gates favorite food... beef burger. aaaand what happened to the ozone layer crap. Every time they shoot a rocket it makes a huge hole in this precious layer that blocks UV rays. UV is in the radiation range. It cooks and burns.

My friends this world has gone nuts in 20 years. Those of you that have space, learn how to grow chickens, potatoes and other foods like nuts and stuff. Forget your guns. Buy some old bicycles and spare tyres. Fuel will disappear. Learn how to use a sling, bow and arrow and such to hunt if you live near a forest. Drill a well. Water will be scarce. Ammo will disappear. Paper money will disappear soon, replaced by digital FedCoin. They will send you an envelope to redeem your paper money before it becomes toilet paper. It will be illegal to barter. It has been done.

Learn mandarin. It will come in handy. Prepare to live off the grid... it is going down.

Sorry for the Nostradamic predictions. That is what I see these days.

Rick, remember God is always in control and always will be. Live inside the bubble of his protection. Eat, drink and enjoy life. Smoke a fatty if ya need to. Worry, fear, anxiety is not in the arsenal of problem solving devices. Faith is......

I hear you bro but he also say... help yourself. One can not be irresponsible and rely-on faith. There are things of men and thigs of God.

Well of course, failure to prepare is preparing to fail. And I’m not discounting any of your great suggestions either. I believe it’s possible that we could be headed toward that freight train.
testing is designed to be overcome, resulting in blessing.
im just saying he takes worry n fear out of the picture for you. 💪

Very nice. I have had that on a few occasions and always enjoy it. My mom use to make it. It never make it to a 3rd day.

One of the best BBQ joints I ever ate at is Jim Neely's Interstate BBQ in Memphis. Met Jim and he even sold me and my brother some of his rub. At the time we were in Memphis and my brother who is a KC BBQ judge was "working" "Memphis in May". We ate every kind of BBQ anything for five days washed down with cold beer. This trip was nirvana for a fat foodie!
