Sliced fresh ginger and Galangal in the pork short rib concoction




Thick cut pork short ribs seared on the gas grille on all sides then in the in oven at 225 for two more hours

At two hours I added onion broccoli carrots grilled asparagus ginger galangal for the last hour in chicken bone broth poured over the pork jous for another hour

The hot chilis in my two types of curry, coconut milk, sugar n heavy cream cooked down nice and warm
