Pierogies Chris , Gołąbki is stuffed cabbage . Pierogies are filled with different fillings. Meat, fruit, brains, cheese and potatoes. The dough is a potato type dough. So it is very close to a stuffed dumpling.

I actually went on the Keto diet recently. That’s why so many posts with salmon. The Mac n cheese was for Laura.

I knew I could make this post about me somehow😂. I lost 5 lbs with 10 more to go. It isn't easy for me. I don't get how Clint can lose weight making all of the great looking food he does. I guess discipline which I lack but getting better. Fantastic looking food Clint.👍

Fried chicken gizzards. I've never been able to get them as tender as I'd like to, this time I simmered them for 3 hours with celery, onion and garlic salt, then fried them, that did the trick
