Pretty Pillion asked what I wanted her to make with some boneless pork chops. I said schnitzel. She has never made such so I gave her a brief idea and told her to season it her own way. She pounded it out and then coated it with Bertman Mustard that Glen brought into our lives a few years ago. Instead of breading it, she used flour, salt and pepper then fried it crispy. Man is this delicious and goes great with the Brussel Sprouts.

Well bro she has a bad auto immune deficiency so her body rejected it. She got sepsis real bad and with antibiotics they thought that they got rid of it but a week later it came back and got so bad it turned into septic shock. She was real close to checking out.
So we had to have the unit removed and she is now using an external device that sticks to her forehead. It
does work but not quite as well as the
implant. That’s what really sucks is the
unit was working well.
One day at a time. One foot in front of the other.

We're so sorry to hear of her ordeal 😨. So glad she is alright now. It's a shame she couldn't tolerate the implant, but happy she has something that helps ! I'm just starting the process but trying to get a ride to Beartooth pass started. Likely sometime in August. I'll post something soon. We's is thinking of you's !
