Chilles Rellenos at Gato’s Tacos. These are not on his menu. He makes special dishes for me.

One of the spreads he put on for me one night. The red sauce on the left is made from roasted ants. The tacos are on the menu listed as “Dr.D Tacos” and are chicken and chorizo with grilled jalapeños, onions and cilantro topped with white cheddar. The small plate at the bottom is Chile’s toreados with Chile’s out of my garden that they fix for me.

They call me El Patron.
