The only southern part of California that prosecutes criminals is Orange county. Most everything north of Sacramento hammers them also excluding of course the coastal areas north and south. They actually believe criminals get a bad rap and victims should suck it up and understand the criminals plight. It's madness for certain. Wait for reparation's. It's a monster waiting under the bed and it's coming out very soon. The only thing stopping it now is a governor that believes in it although he's concerned about how the nation will handle it and if it will hamper his bid for Prez. The tax payers can't wait!
