- You know that thing in your head that tells you not to say things?........ Yea, I don't have one

So February 8 would have been my dad's 95 birthday, but he's been gone 37 years. My sister posted about it on Facebook apparently, and tagged me. Poor Mexican got confused and thought I died, apparently he contacted people and all of a sudden I have forum members calling me to see if I'm dead, lol. Proud to say, I'm still not dead yet.

I have to say to be up and performing at his age is impressive. Not a fan but you have to give credit when due.

Some say a narcissist. I don't listen to them cause I'm to bitchin. I saw him with the Outlaws, Tompal, Waylon and Jessie about a mile from where I lived in Concord at the Concord Pavilion in 1977ish? It was a fantastic show and great memories of the show and my friends. I then saw him in Tahoe in mid 1980's and it was just a horrible show. That concert I paid big money to get a front row seats trying to impress my girlfriend. Neither of us were impressed. If he paid me back my $300.00 which equates to $500,000,000,000 in todays market we would be good.😁

I would say a very large part of HD riders are weekend warriors just Peacocking. To each his own though. I owned 3 HD (not including my Topper scooter)and my favorite was my last. An 06 Street Bob with a 95" kit. 87 HP and 93 LBS on a Dyno. It was relatively light and my 0-60 was pretty quick (for a Harley). A good motorcycle that was just too small for me. I enjoyed the hell out of it though until a girl told me I looked a little big to be riding it. I'm only 5'9" and 185 lbs. I sold it and yes, a man and woman came and bought it for her to own and ride.
