      Do they wear collars in the wild ?
      I'm confused ! There is no way you could ever shoot them , wearing collars and feeding from your hand . Is this something they have learned or are they Santa's?

        No my neighbor raised it from a baby it's bout 9 months old
        He put a collar on it hoping no one shoots it

        Only illegal if you cage it where it can't go anywhere
        He does not have it tied or fence in it can leave anytime time it wants
        We have bout 5 deer that we feed here at the house
