Also, when I go to a thread I have already new, I have to scroll down to the end. I am accustomed to having the thread open where I left off. Is there a setting I can click for this?

There is a setting in notifications to choose what you want them for. Also a choice between topics and posts, choose posts, then, on the forums page, it will show the categories that have new posts, click on the little double arrow at the tail end of each listing. Or something like that, still noticing and figuring out features myself

Hmm, my times are always an hour in the past, I have daylight savings enabled on the main forum time, but it is daylight savings time, so IDK. Maybe I need to enable on my personal settings too.
