So look up ideal weight for height and it’s gonna be somewhere around 200 and that is BS, you look strong, I think keep your weight where you’re comfortable, not where some chart says.

John, what you don't see is that Steel dont get fat, he gains weight in his entire body, last time i saw him he was massive, i would hate to make him mad for sure

Chart says I should be 187 max. Haven't seen that since jr high.
I'm most comfortable between 225-230. But it's been a long time since I've seen that.
