    Local Triumph dealer hosted a swap meet in the parking lot today. I was fortunate enough to find a set of NOS pads for $25

                  They should be just on there with glue. Let her sit in the sun for a while, then get a piece of fishing string behind it, and slowly work it back and forth. Some good industrial cleaner should do the rest.
