      Sounds like me riding unless I'm chasing the Doc and Sandy. There are some secondary roads that might be more interesting. I'll look from the ski and see.

      It is a nice relaxing cruise but got boring as we went south into Mississippi.

    Was looking at the Toledo Bend Fin and Feather and found this.

    It's in the middle from everywhere except Cali and the NW folks. Many lazy roads to take. Looks like an ezzy peacy place to stay. They have a burger and fritters place so there is no need to cook except for sandwiches stuff. It's close to the Talimena ride I tried last time. Wettest ridding ever. Just throwing something at you.

      There are at least three good long day rides that I would make. If there is interest, Ill make the run. Going to try to make the Colorado run with DaBull. Done a lot of car riding in the San Juans north of Durango but never on the moto.

          Gizzi Dan's daughter called him yesterday while we were having a beer, she was in Farmersville, NM. On way to see Grand Canyon.

          Is it too much to ask for a few more pics? It's raining here also at 60 degrees. It was 88 two days ago. it's almost like that unpredictable, sporadic Texas weather. ⛈🌧

                I have a daughter that lives in NC might ride up that way to see them and venture over. 1100 miles each way on a Rocket 3? Not too comfortable with that. My other bikes I'd have no trouble doing that.

              You should ride a Rocket lll Roadster, not a tavern hopper R3.
              There would be NO comfort issue!
