Some of them high dollar words makes some sense. When the used the doppler sonigram they noticed one part of the heart aint pumping as much as the others. Then the cardiologist had a feeling and run the catheter up my right arm. When he got to the heart they found the myocardial bridge. I think he tried to see if it was a short one so he could drop a stent. But the bridge was longer. He said it could be up to 10 centimeters in the myocardium I guess the blood flow is being reduced on both sides of the pump. I have been noticing a lot more blue blodd vessels then I ever remember. Legs get kind of purple and ya get the blue spider webs on my hand and feet. Even the larger vessels are showing up blue thru the skin. I think the main circulation pump needs some maintenance.

As long as you are not feeling short of breath your oxygen saturation should be OK. If the pump is weak you get fluid overload because the kidneys don't get enough flow/pressure. That will cause your ankles to swell. Water pill should work for that. It is no big deal. You might be on blood thinners that might contribute to that. Tell and show your cardiologist, he will know exactly what to do. Shoot him a text consult. That is common these days. If you see more veins than before you might just turning whiter than you were before. Sit out in the sun. You will get some vitamin D and melanin in your skin to hide the vein color.

Have they done a nuclear test to see if the heart muscle is getting enough blood throughout. They give you an injection and after a few hours you lay under a disk to take pictures. They might also do a physical stress test to see if the EKG changes with exercise stress. Cardiology is very beautiful and we know a lot about it. Your condition is rare. The doc was sharp to pick up the problem from the echo so it looks like you got a good one.

How is the shoulder doing. Did the clavicle heal well?
