FYI -

I am vacationing in Hunt going home Friday and just ran the sisters west of Vanderpoole. Roads are in good shape with no construction other than some minor bridge repair over some dry riverbed on south side of 335.

I did encounter construction on I-10 just east of 1604

Well my bike is still in cali waiting to be shipped home. Ill be back in sw LA before it arrives. Gonna drive over saturday and have a few drinks and eat all your food

I'm in Norfolk still doing cardiac rehab. I believe they are trying to strain me so they can try and see they control it with pharmacology. On a positive note my neighbor's wife got a new lawnmower which means I got to upgrade to a used self propelled model while I'm searching for a riding mower. They also started the class on cardiac dieting. As I suspected we are going to have problems
