Well, I have bad news . . . 🤔
. . .
. . .
. . .
. . .
YerMama can not make the trip.
I cannot finish the valve adjustment because the 5 shims I need are not yet here!
Ordered from Engle Motors a couple weeks ago. They neglected to tell me they did not have them and had to order from England! Fuck, I could have done that myself!
I'm V-E-R-Y disappointed.
So, I shall be bringing ol' reliable Kong instead.

Do you have smoking wood chips? Which ones do you prefer? Saw a large selection of smoking woods at ACE. I'll be going to Sams next week to buy some meats and stuff.

Rick, I have all the cooking wood we need. Post oak, hickory, pecan, peach,
and cowboy lump charcoal. You have the kingsford we will need for open face grilling the steaks.
Food list so far: 1 large brisket, 4 or 5 slabs of ribs, St Louis and baby back,
4 whole chickens, 4 lbs of fajita flank steak, a few packs of sausage, a few
packs of hot links, a baloney log, 1 teriyaki pork loin, 1 apple bourbon pork loin. I will make a large pan of boudin/chorizo dip, a large pan of smoked macaroni, bacon n cheese, 2 large containers of beans, one with ground meat in them and one with sausage in them. I have all the spices
and rubs needed.
Things we could use are: large rectangle aluminum pans, large heavy duty foil, baking potatoes, small potatoes, and for the fajitas we need tortillas, bell peppers, poblanos, jalapeños, onions, grated cheese, salsa, Spanish rice.
You said you were bringing burgers n dogs so we need lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, buns, mustard, Mayo, ketchup, ect
Thanks

forum are. Absolutely insane 🤬
We had started a thread for this ride back when we first talked about it. See if you can go back and find that thread and bump it up. If you can maybe you could copy n paste the updated list from this thread???Last edited by EasTexOutlaw; 04-17-2021, 02:19 PM.
