Guys, im out, just found out that i have a shoulder operation that can not wait the 25 th of april, that will leave only 4 weeks to recover and manage the beast, which dont think is possible😢😩

Aw, I hate to hear that - Have had reconstructive on both rotators - If its a major surgery you will need a long time to heal - Best wishes Lupe

That's why after 5 tears over 20 years, I never had the surgery, I never could afford to be laid up. Takes about a year and a half to two years to heal generally, I'm at the 8 month point since last time, just starting to feel a little better. Weirdly, typing or scrolling on my phone is one of the worst things,hard to believe that movement in that one finger causes pain way up in the shoulder, but it does.

They told ne i will be wearing a sling for 6 to 8 weeks and therapy will be 20 visits after that😩😢😢😢😢😬

They did mine 8 years ago my friend and I still have problems. The actual healing to be 100% (which I never achieved) is about a year and half. Mine still gives me fits.
