        Amigo!
Some roads are still closed and Google maps is retarded, so I'm forced to use "bicycle" mode.

                Amigo,
Your shoulder should be itching for a good ride by the last half of August.

I’m in, depending on how much vacation I’ve got left, this Leakey run is going to burn up a pretty good chunk of it.

                    Ladies and Gentlemen,
The August Freedom Ride shall be on the 16th thru the 20th.
We leave Las Vegas (location TBD) AM on the 16th and arrive Redding on the 20th (location TBD)
We are requesting help and suggestions regarding nightly stay locations in, or close to, Las Vegas, NV, Lone Pine, CA, Patterson, CA, Mill Valley, CA, Ft. Bragg, CA, and Redding, CA. The five day rides should allow for travel to Las Vegas, NV and home from Redding, CA on the adjacent weekends.
Finally we shall have a "best of" California ride! It will be a good one and I hope many will participate.
Perhaps Gage can/will do his magic sign up data base???

                        Bad News
Due to exorbitant CA hotel prices with added "resort fees" that push nightly costs to $150 and more, I have chosen to renig on this ride. I just cannot put together this ride for a reasonable price. Fuck CA prices!

I am working on a "new & different" CO ride for the same period of time that I shall soon post for any interested.

My apologies, but I cannot expect others to spend inflated prices that I would not.
